Terms of service

You must be at least 18 and able to legally transfer the assets you list.

Listings must be accurate. Fake metrics, stolen accounts or assets you do not own are removed and the seller is banned without payout.

Buyer funds are held in escrow until handover is confirmed. FameSwap deducts a success fee from released escrow. Escrow funds are not an investment product and earn no interest.

Either party may open a dispute during handover. FameSwap's decision on releasing or refunding escrow is final within the platform.

Transfers may violate the terms of the underlying platform. Buyers and sellers accept that risk; FameSwap is not responsible for platform-level enforcement.
